It's hard, god I know it's hard. At my lowest point I couldn't get out of bed for 4 days and it took all my energy and willpower just to get up to use the restroom. After which, I would often curl up on the cold floor until I was ready to go back to bed. I didn't feel like using the computer because I derived no joy from the internet anymore and couldn't justify getting up and turning it on.
If you don't have a primary physician you regularly see, there's nothing abnormal with walking into a clinic and telling them you would like to see a doctor.
If you can't afford paying for anything, go to the emergency room and explain that you have depression. Worst case scenario you'll be placed under observation for 48-72 hours. You can easily avoid this by explaining that you came there looking for help, it would cause more stress in your life to be locked up, and that you DO NOT have a plan for suicide. Ask for an indigent care application to avoid paying.
