Can someone explain how this works? I have the answer right, thanks to some assistance, but I don't quite understand the interaction of the fractional exponent with the base.

Another way to write it is 208(2^(-t/5))
and I don't quite get how (1/2)^(t/5) becomes (2^(-t/5))
