Hello guys, undergrad physicist here. Serious question - is it possible to build an Earth-Mars Cycler that travels at 0.001c? The plan is to design a ship (for a scenario I'm working on) that can do a round trip in a week, of about 2,000 tons.

What would the delta v be? What is the minimum propulsion you could have?

Trajectory is ideally a circular one, on the same route as the Aldrin one, but without taking 2 years. Is that even feasible? I'm open to an elliptical cycler.
