Engineers right out of undergrad are so incompetent that they should be forced to attend a more rigorous education system. This is not so radical because engineers, like lawyers and doctors must be certified to practice. If we forced future engineers to get a an undergrad in physics or something of the sort and then apply to engineering school, wed probably have way better engineers.
