I'm pretty sure that was the case.
The Higgs Boson just shows that there's a thicc "dark sector" that nothing in our reality really interacts with, right? Unless Heaven is so intangible that you need some obscure fucking particle to barely interact with it, there's no way to really say that the Higgs Boson has anything at all to do with religious mimbo jimbo.
