Nobody in the real world argues about which major is "harder," outside of the first two years of undergrad, that's fucking ridiculous. Rigor in the actual lab, not in your stupid undergrad physics and calc classes, depends a lot on what the goals of the PI are and the complexity of the experiments as well as the subfield of biology.
