>>12084654I have a bottle of that. This brain booster one gave me more willpower. I am on my second bottle of it.
I started taking vitamins last September. It started with a daily multivitamin maybe had it a dozen times a month. A few months later I picked up hair and nail vitamins. Both were chewables. Gummies taste good, but definitely not efficient. Covid started and I spent a lot of time in doors and was suffering from eye fatigue. Tried the Lutein and eye drops, didn't help. Blue blocking glasses fixed the problem.
Since then, I am up to about eight different vitamins and about to get a ninth. About twenty dollars a week and have been thinking about their efficiency as well as some other things. I keep the same vitamin, but I change maker with each bottle. So far, this and the eye vitamins(Lutein) I take are the ones I haven't swapped bottler/manufacturer.
I have two testing methods I am going to try. One is removing a vitamin to see if I notice any differences and the other is doubling the dosage. I have doubled the Lutein I take already. I felt internally puzzled for a week but that has faded away. There is a lot of things I have changed in the last six months so I can't point directly at benefits just yet.
In terms of tangible benefits, a daily planner will do more for you than any of these vitamins, unless you have a deficiency.
