don't know the specifics if I remember right magnetic propulsion is high impulse low thrust so it'll be very slow acceleration but you can keep it on almost indefinitely

Realistically it would be very hard to go faster than 10% c. You can Google lots of hypothetical ship designs and do the math yourself depending on how much fantasy you want to go. Ideally you'd want beamed propulsion so you're not constrained by delta v

that seems about right for magnetic propulsion although with enough time you can go faster at around the 10%c mark it'll get harder to go faster because velocities don't add only a percentage is added to reliability go faster you would need something more powerful like fusion, antimatter, black holes, etc beamed propulsion is probably what humanity will use in the future because it makes more sense to not waste mass on a propulsion system when you can have a generator we're ever you want unrestricted by mass and just beam the propulsion and power to your ship
