We know that certain lunar cratons are completely unexplored by landers, lunar cold traps are pretty unknown, as are lunar lava tubes, we don't understand Moon quakes all that well, we have yet to observe the passing of the lunar terminator where weird electrostatic process may arise. Lunar swirls warrant more investigation.
