Quantum immortality

If quantum immortality is true, this will be the future of everybody on earth:
1. End up blind and quadripeligic, and in constant pain
2. End up with all kinds of nasty diseases that never actually kill you
3. Get slowly eaten alive by bacteria
4. If euthanasia is legalized, have every euthanasia attempt fail and bring you more pain.
5. When the rest of humanity becomes extinct (probably no more than a million years from now), have nobody behind to feed you, give you drink, or provide you with medicine to provide you minimal relief. But somehow you never actually quite starve or thirst to death.
6. When the sun becomes a red giant in 4 billion years, survive that too.
7. If Earth ever gets completely destroyed, still survive, floating in space in infinite misery.
8. When the heat death of the universe occurs in 10^100 years, hopefully die. Although if the odds of surviving the heat death are even (1/Graham’s number)^2, you’ll survive the heat death too.

Can somebody please prove this isn’t true? This is the worst idea I’ve ever heard of.
