Scientifically how do I deal with crippling death anxiety? My grades are starting to suffer because I'm afraid of doing anything but playing video games and watching youtube for fear of the thoughts coming back.

Death is inevitable, but how you live can be changed and molded. Exert your will, your agency, and create a world for yourself you are satisfied with.
