It depends on what you mean with impossible. If you mean logically provably impossible then no. If you mean impossible as in 0% chance to happen then not necessarily but it can happen (because 0% does not imply impossible)

I'm not a physicist so i don't know if this is correct, but Michio Kaku said every moment the world splits into two universes....simultaneously...so yes it can occur with infinitely many seconds, supposedly if that was possible (which I'm not saying it is, but it was it is)
