They talk about decreased *specific* force, which if I understand correctly, in this context means force/cross-sectional area.
The muscles grow weaker in relation to their size but stronger in absolute terms.

The figures show that the knockout mice were actially a bit weaker in total, only the difference wasn't statistically significant. In any case they weren't stronger, which makes it kind of pointless.

You're right.
Note that they test mice born with the mutation, while the first study there >>12076337 tests normal mice treated with blockers.

Just be a pure Scandinavian or German they get all the super powers. Unbreakable bones, the most athletic people overall, healthiest immune systems and the strongest people. Highest IQ average in the world at 115. Highest chance of genius phenomenon. Myostatin deficiency with dense muscle have shown most likely to naturally occur in Scandinavians.

Theres a reason why Scandinavians conquered the world multiple times.
