I can eat cheese and milk and cornflakes but for some goddamn reason i just cant drink coffee without getting an urge to shit in a few minutes. Also why the fuck are some people saying milk bad blah blah.

That's true for almost everyone it's a laxative. I have bowel problems and can't drink coffee at all which is a major disadvantage in todays world where every job starts at 7.

Combination of a few reasons :
- humans are the only species that consumes milk after being weened
- many people are lactose intolerant
- modern milk cows are unnatural beast
- modern milk production is unhealthy and inhumane for cows
- some milk supplies (especially American) are contaminated with all the pharmaceuticals necessary to counter act the last point
- milk isn't vegan

I'm not claiming all the above is true, nor that you should stop drinking milk. I'm just repeating what I remember from talking to anti-milk folks.

Also the "positive" aspects of caffeine intake (in moderation) is related to increasing your heart rate. This is equivalent to (light) cardio which strengthens your heart muscle. Of course, as with anything, overindulging in caffeine (and likewise overtraining) will actually shorten your lifespan.

well, good for you. Stay away from the black liquid devil. Drinking coffee will only make you addicted to caffein with no cognitive benefit because of tolerance. You'll only get a very painful headache if you don't consooom coffee early enough in the morning. And you'll get stained teeth and bad breath and lots of bacteria on the tongue. It's nasty stuff. Probably not that healthy either.

When you have high levels of adreline your system is put into fight of fligth mode. Your digestive system is not important when you are fighting for your life. Drink coffee before shitting and it will be fine.

First morning coffee causes your big intestine to secrete some fluid and become more active. The fluid ends up absorbed by any feces in there since previously and they just become a bit softer.

If you already had a shit then you have some tiny shit that gets watered down into diarrheal fart instead.

Following coffees have less effect.

The alternative is that you don't drink a coffee until 2-3 hours after waking up when your intestines have calmed down from it's morning routine.

Drink black tea. It has half the amount of caffeine so it won't aggravate your system, and has other chemicals like Theanine that help you both relax and be more focused. Everytime I drink coffee I shit my brains out and have heart palpitations all day, but with black tea it just gives me a relaxed focus and I actually get a lot more shit done
