I go to a shitty university in my country and every single computer science lecturer is a FOB chinese/asian person that speaks in broken english. Half my mental energy is spent during the lecture trying to figure out what the fuck they're saying. As an autist it is extremely off putting because I can only concentrate on one thing at a time. I don't want to complain about it because I fear I'll get accused of racism. If I transfer to a better university will the lecturers be able to speak proper english? Most of the good universities where I live are majority asian even though it's an english speaking country.
