OP, at my undergrad and most places I've been we say MCB. This applies to departments and undergrad majors, but when you get to PhD training molecular biology and cell biology are different disciplines, different tracks.
And yeah, orgo makes you sound like a premed. It's ochem. Then go p-chem. Or I guess a-chem Admittedly, I probably say physical or analytical more.
