If partial Laplace's demon existed that could figure out everyhing in small range instead of whole universe, he could literally manipulate the way coin falls over.
Ironically... Rube Goldberg machine is literal proof that such demon exists, and its called Human. We may not have brain capacity to do it on a whim, but designing a robot that can always get tails isn't impossible.
If we're slaves to anything, its our bodies, because we should be capable of always getting tails/heads, and can't only because we can't perfectly control our body, unlike a machine that we could design that could be capable of that.
