IQ still has the highest predictive validity and reproducability of anything sociological/psychological by far though.

It’s not. It’s how they diagnose dyslexia etc. not reading to the same ability as your IQ. Then dyslexic people can get tutors and shit. This is just one example of a useful iq test.

You will quickly come to realize that IQ is able to measure *something*, and that something is highly correlated with the ability to problem solve.

All of these people saying IQ predicts (((something))) and ignoring the central premise that IQ tests are primarily to identify those who are cognitively impaired not those who excel.
Therefore when an IQ test correlation shows (((something))) it can more generally be identified as being related to the fact that tards are pretty poorly off as a group. So as long as there are enough tards in your analysis the correlation for (((something))) will remain high.

You aren't measuring if someone with very high IQ is better in life than one with middling IQ. You are saying someone who is retarded is doing worse than one who isn't.
