I have a cup I'm trying to refinish. I'm boiliñg it in sulfuric acid and silver nitrate because that's like sort of how to reparkerize a gun. my chemistry teaching makes me imagine I'm supposed to use lye instead of acid, idk, what do I know, am I doing it wrong, etc, tips
