Stop bothering with stuff like this OP, you don't really want a honest answer on what it is to be smart, more likely than not, you're probably thinking about how being dumb denies you from something you desire to obtain had you been smart.
So you wish you'd be someone else, someone smart, so that way your formulaic view on life would lead you to a place on where you can actually obtain what you want.
