No, ML and neural networks are not generalized AI and they are NOT how the human brain processing behavior. They are not comparable and GPT-3 is not an intelligence and does not exhibit genuine thought. It's dumber than a fucking mouse.
We have no idea when or how AGI will come into existence. Could be in 10 years, it could be never. No one knows, anyone who claims they have a hard date is a dumbfuck retard who should be laughed at.
