I encountered something quite like this at Exide, with MK Ultra programming more likely than direct lobotomy. I had this coworker Sandy whose real job was to take data out of the main data system, make the main dataset non-relational, and then stash the real data in some foreign system that only she had access to. This ensured no one could EVER find what they were looking for in the main data system. Then every time someone would push the issue of some missing data, they would have to get Sandy involved. Then she would make a new parallel fake data trail before "finding" the missing data. Since every request for missing data always went to Sandy, Sandy always got notified when she needed to add a new layer of bullshit on top of something before putting the double-fake data back in the data system. This is slike how in OP pic, everytime the guy want sto figure something out, he has to pull his brain out and ask the little brain guys what the deal is. At Exide, when you pull your brain out and ask them to figure it out, that's Sandy you're talking to.
I caught her in her bullshit on several occasions while I was at Exide. She would never admit any of it, even with plain screenshots and irrefutable evidence. Her defense mechanism was to start pretending like she couldn't understand English and she was a fucking huge psycho about deflecting by just smiling and changing the subject, and saying more or less, "Let's click on something else to get rid of these screenshots which make it obvious that I am lying." Due to corporate etiquette, there was nothing I could do as long as she was smiling while she was pretending like she couldn't speak English. She was completely psychotic in her evasions when I would catch her, and all the other workers would just laugh and smile with her. When she would start pretending like she couldn't speak English, all of the other workers would act like they didn't notice that she was being COMPLETELY PSYCHOTIC.
