they are said to be overunity, and by they I mean a fire department that had one of their heaters installed
apparently the company got bought out by Iran and it's been blackballed. Smells like a classic catch and kill by big oil to destroy their competitors while they're young.

That's not the definition / (conversational) juncture.

What OP is "actually" referencing (the common terminology) -- perpetual motion -- is something that locally has more energy coming out of it than what's going in. Some examples are utilizing gravity, or electromagnetics.. "coupling"..
