Depends what you want to do and what your options are. Im going into materials science/engineering or corrosion engineering so I'm focussing on materials and maths where I can get it.

Yeah if you want a PhD. Inorgo is also drug development, lots of good research in metal nanoparticles for cancer cures.
Inorgo is fucking boring though, easily my least favorite topic I've ever had to learn.
