>>12061590To give you an idea, my typical day is like so:
1. Breakfast is some spin on:
- Main meal:
- Eggs
- Sweet potatos
- Kale
- Onions because i love onions and always have them around
- "Desert" which isn't really a desert:
- Oatmeal I prepared in advance
- Greek yogurt. The two together taste really good. You can have regular yogurt if you are not a fat american slob and your cows haven't been bred to have 20000% the estrogen and 9090090% the sugar of wild aurochs. If you have goats, then that is fine. You are an american, so you do not have nubian goats you milk in the morning.
- Fruit, for some reason typically pineapple or apple without pines in it.
2. Lunch is some spin on:
- Main meal:
- One rib or one fish steak, perhaps a soup from the previous day
- Either a stir-fry of cauliflower fried rice (go die in a fire, it is fucking delicious) or steamed broccolli
- "Desert":
- Lettuce with Mushrooms, otherwise random veggies.
- Mango or something. Plum, Whatever. Grapes?
3. Dinner:
- Main:
- Another quarter pound or more of fish or meat. Should have fat on it. Fat has nutrients you as an american lack because all your fat comes from "recycled vegetable oil" which might as well be gutter oil.
- salsa, has nutrients you need you neanderthal
- asparagus
- broccolli
- Desert:
- lettuce with mushrooms, bacon, and if fish, tuna. tuna is fucking delicious with salad. no dressing. usually two whole carrots. Red onions. Don't even need avocado. Have it for breakfast.
- Maybe instead tacos with egg and avocado.
- Watermelon, honeydew or similar
If still hungry, eat carrots until no longer hungry. Celery sticks also work. On bad days, when I'm sad, I usually go through a few pounds of carrots.
OP, is this unfamiliar to you? This is every day! Every. Single. Day. For your entire family. No processed food at all. This is why you are sad, OP. Your body has just been exposed to non-processed non-canned nonpasteurized sun for the first time.
