Please help me anons. I just confirmed I'm sleeping less than 4 hours~ per day.
I have no idea what's going on.

Since around 5 days ago, I noticed my sleep pattern was going weird.
I began to go insomniac the past days for no particular reason, I thought it was normal since I'm on free time because I'm no longer working due to lock down.
I started to go sleep really late and waking up same time as my family (4am-7am) as I help them in the mornings with errands.
This went on for around 4 days. I thought this was just a normal sleep disruption, but I found odd to not feel overly sleepy through the day despite sleeping so little for several consecutive days.

The weirdest part was before yesterday.
Usually when mom gets home from work, she takes the dogs to a short walk to the grocery store.
When she went to buy stuff yesterday, I began to feel very sleepy, so asked to wake me up when she gets home, so I laid on my bed till she came back, because I knew I would sleep for hours because of lack sleep.
When I woke up, I felt I slept few hours and she didn't came back yet, I panicked because something happened to her, then she arrived and asked where the hell she went, she replied to the grocery store, I didn't check the time she arrived but considering her normal routine, I must have sleep no more than 15 minutes and yet felt like ours.
Last night, I did some exercise and read quite a bit to tire myself. I went to sleep at midnight and now I woke up at 4 am, and I woke up completely naturally and don't feel sleepy at all.

I don't know what's going on, sometimes I can't tell if did something in the morning or the previous day. I go to sleep after everyone and wake up early than everyone, the days feel bizarrely long with the extra 4-5 hours. I don't feel my mental ability diminished, I had no changes in routine, I thought it was short sleep syndrome, but that's a genetic trait from birth not something acquired. Not idea what to do or to feel.
