Is there a significant difference between white and black IQ?

Lately i have become somewhat depressed about the future of mankind, Africa is projected to be about 40% of the human population by the end of the century, will this cause a slowdown of technological and scientific progress?

It would mean alot to me if some of you anons could help put my fears at ease
