Physics major here. This isn't possible, it's a lie perpetuated by biochemists and molecular biologists to make their fields sound more relevant. But according to the laws of physics it's impossible. Actually quite sad how the lesser sciences exaggerate so much.

This is very slow for an enzyme, what are you asking here? Enzymes can speed up reactions up to 10^8 to 10^9 times. Resulting in enzymes doing 10^7 reactions per second. Check out pic related.
The Kcat = turnover number is how many reactions per second and the last value is the efficiency of the enzyme.
