2 colliding neutron stars usually form a black hole, 3 are even more likely. Though a triple collision is very unlikely due to the 3 body problem.

A neutron triple star should be possible. I guess these would radiate a lot of gravitational energy and make one pair merge, later merging with the third neutron star.
