Categorizing organisms into different species is a joke, it's completely arbitrary there's no proper reasoning behind it.

It's almost like there's no clear line in the sand when a species gradually evolves into a different one with enough distinctions to be given a new name because evolution occurs over the course of hundreds of thousands of years.

For human evolutionary time scales it’s very plausible we’ve already evolved substantially from the state the first humans persisted in. Just pointing out that evolution is much faster than people think and significant changes like migratory behavior, nesting behavior, foraging patterns, group behavioral dynamics, digestive enzymes, MHC genes can all change very fast :^)
