I had problems of this kind. Going to the doctor is the worst thing you can do. They will give you fucking creams and pills and shit that doesn't work because that's all they know how to do.

Solution: increase proportion of fibre in your diet, avoid anything that you don't digest well, avoid coffee/alcohol/cigarettes/stimulants, drink plenty of water, don't sit too long, don't force your shit out too hard, exercise every day for at least 30 minutes.
