Can you catch any disease despite being vaccinated/being immunized from previous exposure ?

Let's say you french kiss a girl who has a bunch of covid symptoms and a pretty high viral load. I've read there can be a lot of virus particles in only 1 ML of saliva.
By kissing you would be exposed to several ML of saliva for seconds if not minutes.

Would a very high number of viral particles be able to override your immune system despite vaccination??
