Why are women inherently emotionally arrogant?

Is the best thing any intelligent individual can do simply kill or slap their ego on sight so they at least learn how and when to be silent around said intelligent individual?

I ask because I believe it is the impetus and integrity of every intelligent process or person to only master one thing, which is how to signal and compose messages to others that they are wasting said intelligent process or person's time in such a way that it is dragging down the rest of all possible measurements with it.
