No, I am not making any claims that are unfounded. All you have to do is accept the philosophy of reductive materialism. This argument might be wrong, but that would mean that there is an aspect of "you" that is not reducible to material, to the atoms and movement of electrons inside your brain, and reductive materialism would be false.
I dont know if materialism is true or false but IF Materialism is true, then this is how it would work. YOU are material, a specific arrangement of material, and if that arrangement of material exists, YOU exist, and if YOU exist, so does that arrangement of material. That is literally what reductive materialism is, this is what that philosophy is, I am saying nothing that isn't already accepted among reductive materialists.
