>>12048087As far as I'm aware some countries still use lobotomy as a treatment for extreme OCD that cannot be treated by any other means and lobotomy is the absolute last resort but the OCD would have to be severe enough to have the procedure even considered, the guy in the article just so happened to have obsessive compulsive traits that were fixed.
