Cantor's diagonal argument is wrong. It says that you cannot list all the real numbers. It assumes the shape of the matrix is square. Let's say you changed the numbers on the diagonal then added it to the list. Then you would have a rectangular matrix. Doing the process again would not result in a new number, it would just result in the one you previously added. This doesn't change for infinite numbers. The shape of the matrix still changes when you add numbers
