That said, to help a potential genius child reach their phenotypic maximum intelligence, you should make sure that they are always mentally stimulated in novel, challenging, and interesting ways. Read books to them as soon as they learn how to speak and ask questions, give them little riddles, play complex music like Bach, if they want to watch shows, make sure that it's something thought provoking to some degree, either homeschool or private school, make sure they spend a lot of time outside and being active (good for brain health), make sure they don't go vegan (which would be bad for brain health), ask them not if they would like to learn an instrument, but which instrument they would like to learn, and sign them up for lessons, find out what books they enjoy and get more as gifts, no internet until age 10, only creative video games, that should be more than enough to raise a potential genius into an actual genius, and an average child into a mentally well-rounded, capable member of society.
