Look at that wikipedia article, not only do European cultures have blue-green distinction, but so do Chinese, Japanese, sub-saharan, Indian, Arabic, even melanesian cultures have blue-green lingual distinction. At some point you'd have to believe that our conception of color is anything but constructed, literally hardwired into how our eyes and brains work. Also, labels mean nothing, if a culture consistently called "blue" green, that makes no difference whatsoever, just translate it between languages.
