There's nothing inherently bad or illogical about using all the priors you have to produce tighter estimates on these types of things. Politically, it's a patently retarded thing to do since you'll invariably generate a large amount of controversy, prejudice, and butthurt. Practically, good luck preventing your human police force from introducing so much bias vis-a-vis bigotry that it renders your small gain in predictive power moot. But fundamentally the mathematics are sound.
