Advice on self teaching?

I'll study computer science at university but I also like other stuff like physics finance and economics, I'm reading on the internet, watching MIT courses on YT and reading books.

Do you have any advice for learning beyond the basics?

Is it possible to reach a university level of knowledge by self teaching?
