Just buy it. You're going to be operating on real human people even if just as a lab assistant under a dentist. You need to know what you're doing and a single cleaning ($325 in my area for in-network care) would pay for the book anyway.

Look if they sell the indian version on Amazon, they cost about 20€ for a 150€ original textbook
If you can't find it look it up on LibGen, they got lots of accademical textbooks in pdf
