Covid for Young Adults.

Are there any real health risks to take serious with Covid-19 if you are younger than 30? You hear about some people developing heart problems, blood thickening which can increase the risk of strokes, and some developing lung scaring. But, how common even are these long term health effects and are they all the likely to occur when you are younger than 30?
Not to mention, what is the likely hood that any other long term health consequences could occur due to covid and come out later as a common issue? I hear there is a possibility it may hurt fertility. Although, I have yet to hear if this rumor was dispelled or substantiated in any meaningful way.
So, anyway, is there is any real health risks for students returning to school and young people? Thanks for the info anons.
