It just means that in 10 years you won't be you anymore because you'll have changed so much. Impermanence is the just the truth of time. It shows emptiness and the need to turn away from material and focus on grasping more intangible things like the brain. Really a matter of computation, perhaps. It's one of the most complex spiritual things we have, society. But there's also the soul and the spirit within. You'd have to research with the intent of finding the answer you already know for this kind of stuff. I think that's how the Buddhist information system/intranet works. My answer is that it emerges from material reality and is psychological/psychiatry. And then all paganism follows with. And you have to consider 'if my brain is this complex' doesn't -> 'biology over millenia' -> 'and the universe is even much more complex.' It goes deeper, i.e. And becomes mystic. Is this to be feared, appreciated? Idk. I think that should be your personal matter.
