I am getting a bit exhausted of weak-minded folk that insist life must be fair, equal and just. Specially when it comes to the topic of I.Q and race.

Neither the side of the political spectrum, nor the scientific community seems to have the courage to acknowledge IQ has a massive impact on people's ability to succeed in modern society, nor the fact this ability is not distributed equally.
My question is.

Why is it that we struggle to accept reality the way it is, and seek instead to lie to ourselves?
