Let us consider, for a moment, the animalistic act of mating. The yellow colored beautiful bird spreads its wings to attract a potential male partner. The animal exposes its genitalia, or sexual organ, in order to receive a DNA containing fluid and thus further the survival of the genes. The human equivalent of this mating ritual is, of course, the act of twerking. A human female, or several human females within a certain group, bend their bodies in such a way that their buttocks, or their main sexual organ, is ready to receive the sperm of a nearby male within the vicinity. Let us supposed that this mating ritual helps to expose the vagina of the human female, as her vagina is left in such a position so that the human erect penis of a human male and penetrate the vagina and her vagina may extract the seminal fluid of the penis of the male in an optimal manner.
Furthermore, there are several positions which can aid in proper insemination. There is the "doggy style" pose, which, much like twerking, has the female woman exposing her anus and vagina to the man, who may freely penetrate her orifices (the vagina is the only organ leading to a successful insemination, mind you). "Reverse cowgirl" is another position, whereby a woman has her legs above her head, a male partner may press down on her legs whilst penetrating the vagina. The very degrading act of sex to a woman helps her vagina to open up, to moisten and thereby more efficiently extract the seminal fluid. This is furthered by the woman's labored breathing, heightened arousal and her increased levels of the hormone oxytocin in the brain (the hormone of attachment). The smell of sex and sweat is often common whilst the human penis enters in and out of the vagina until orgasm and insemination are achieved. The male orgasm propels the semen forward into the woman's vaginal canal with a sufficient speed and velocity as to ensure that his liquid reaches her womb.

Therefore, why is twerking not more widespread?
