Sweden also has a low population and a low population density, which naturally decreases the impact of any transmissible pathogen.
And Swedes seem to not often have huge gatherings like in the US. Masks aren't required, but are recommended on public transport, which is probably the place where they're generally most densely packed together.
And, finally, that's just today. In two months from now we don't know what their numbers will be. Maybe their strategy will have worked, but maybe not. It's too early to tell.
For denser countries like the US, a vaccine is a good idea. And, frankly, Swedes will probably all receive the vaccine, too. Vaccines are a good idea for everyone, once they pass all trials.
