Not a meme. Access to broadband internet is not common in developing countries like the United States because regulatory capture prevents normal development of essential infrastructure. Starlink might give the US a chance to catch up a bit.

It's kind useless if you live in a city, but it gives people in Rural areas (half the population), people on boats, and people in airplanes, modern high speed internet, which BTFOs every single option currently available, and allowed new business opportunities for people operating in Rural America
