Ok what the fuck is going on here , are CT scans absurdly radioactive and this is kept hidden due to the medical industry lacking better tools, or is space not as much radioactive as we are told?

A person that does 3 or 4 ct scans will be more exposed to radiations than astronauts how is this possible?
