Maybe they could add something positive in very specific contexts and rituals (certain types of dance), but overall I don't see the point. I think part of what destroys fetishes like that though is the erosion programming regarding gendered behavior, I don't see high heels as feminine, I see as something some women do. I also see nice asses everywhere, and they're not in high heels.
It's all ritual and uniform. You have the skirt, the shirt, the walk, and the heels. I can appreciate it in that sense. Without the right elements of the set though, it falls apart, like heels in jeans or something. I'm a vaccine damaged toe walker though myself, so I can understand walking on your toes on that levels as well, it's not actually difficult and so long as it isn't caused by tight muscles and short tendons and so forth, it actually does increase agility in some sense. Being able to walk like that stably is a sign of strength, so perhaps in your mind, you associate high heels not with femininity, but with feminine power. You lust after her opaque and mysterious feminine power, which again, probably goes back to your inability to understand the ways of your mother. The mind of your parents.
