What is important get enough and QUALITY sleep (undisturbed, with an eye mask), it'll be 100x more useful than BS unconclusive vitamin gummies.
Also there's a reason the number 1 tip is "Eat balanced", it's because it's proven to work. Get a good amout of omega 3 (one of the only proven thing that works for the brain) by eating fish, or if you're broke, take it in pills (but put it in the fridge cause it'll reek of fish after a while)
Anything other than that will have little to no effect and will leave you unsure if it works at all.
Same goes for microdosing psychedelics, just do a regular dose once in a while to get your brain juices pumping, or don't, it's pretty much just a meme too.
